A 2022 study conducted by Forrester Consulting on The Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) of the Celigo integration platform, which was based on customer interviews and a comprehensive financial analysis, found that a composite organization experiences benefits of $820,000 over three years versus costs of $176,000, totaling a net present value (NPV) of $643,000 and an ROI of 364%.

Titan Brands is an online-based retailer of consumer and business goods, with four brands that specialize in commercial and farm attachments, loading ramps, fitness equipment, and various outdoor items. Titan Brands implemented Celigo integrations for dozens of processes across Snowflake, Zendesk, Paylocity, eBay, Azure Active Directory, Paypal, Korber, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klayvio, Enspire, AfterShip, Amazon, Walmart, Yotpo, Deposco, Vizion, BlueRidge, Bread, FTP, and EDI.
Not only was Titan able to meet their integration and automation needs, but the company realized immediate savings when switching to Celigo. “The integration alone saves us 3-5 full-time people to doing it manually,” said Hill. “At our volume, if we were still with our previous integration provider, that would cost us $240,000 – $400,000 for the same thing. So that’s a quarter-million-dollar saving right there.”
Designs for Health provides premium, high-quality vitamins, and supplements directly through its brand, as well as white labeling its products for private brands, with millions of orders per year.
Designs for Health’s data and operations grew exponentially bigger and more complex due to years of customizations. In particular, with each private label added, the company custom-built a solution to manage inventory and fulfillment with each one of its partners.
In an effort to scale, the team had previously integrated these systems with another connector. However, the solution lacked functionality and customization features.
Designs for Health integrated its e-commerce marketplaces- Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce- with Netsuite using Celigo’s pre-built connectors.
With the implementation of the stores alone, Elkhatib said the company has already been able to redirect at least 10 full-time resources into more strategic activities. “Instead of inputting orders, they’re contacting customers and making customers happy,” said Elkhatib.
“It just opened doors for more business. We’ve been able to do so much more and focus on decision-making and making customers happy, as opposed to making sure orders got through. This is pure cash flow savings from all departments.” “I’m not going to lie, I got a promotion because of Celigo,” added Elkhatib.
