- You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
Exceptions:
We may pursue equitable relief (such as injunctions) in court for unauthorized use of intellectual property or violation of access/security restrictions.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top indicates when changes take effect. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
